After two years of work behind the scenes we're pleased to announce that DORBA has entered into an agreement with the City of Rowlett to build a new trail at Pecan Grove Park.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to meet the group. Individuals needing to earn service hours can have their records signed by the trail steward.
What to bring:
Water, sunscreen, bug spray, protective eye wear, work gloves.
Rakes/loppers/hoes/power tools for trail maintenance (extra tools will also be available if you don't have your own)
If you bring your own tools, please have them marked as such so we know they are yours.
What do I wear:
Long pants, long sleeves, face covering, and closed toed shoes or boots.
Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Please do not wear leggings or other thin material which is not protective on your body..
I'd recommend an extra pair of shoes for the drive home
